Greenhouse gases reduction
Technologies for micro-algal cultivation have been studied in the context of greenhouse gas mitigation. Utilization of CO2 in flue gases from various sources by means of microalgae reduce the impact of green-house gas on the environment and makes production of algal biomass more cheaper.

EcoFuel developed and patented novel process and strain for EPA - OMEGA 3 production

Eco Fuel Labs has recently under close cooperation with scientific Institutes of the Academy of Sciences and universities in the Czech Republic developed and patented a new process and strain for production of Omega - 3 unsaturated fatty acid EPA. During summer 2010 extensive pilot testing and cultivation experiments were performed and confirmed that the new strain is top autotrophic producer of EPA, that has fast grow rate and big EPA productivities in both closed as well as open reactor systems.

EcoFuel develops technology for the production of BIODIESEL from waste animal fat
Eco Fuel Labs is developing under joint research program with Czech Academy of Science new integral autonomous device for production of bio diesel from waste animal fat. The unit will fit into 20-foot cargo container and can be located in even remote hardly accessible areas or attached to local producers of waste animal fat. The modular technology can also use vegetable oils as feedstock for bio fuel production.
